These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Safe Money Broadcasting (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, “your”, “agent” or “advisor”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Your Digital Partner and any of its products or services (collectively, “Services”).
Eligibility
By accessing or using the Services provided by Your Digital Partner, you affirm that you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Business Volume: You must demonstrate an annual business volume exceeding $2 million in fixed index annuity premiums.
- Experience and Expertise: You must possess relevant experience and expertise in the financial services industry.
- Alignment with Safe Money Resources’ Philosophy: You must align with our IMO partnership-based approach and shared goals.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
Legal Agreement
Prior to accessing our Services, you are required to sign a legal agreement solidifying our partnership and the terms of service. This agreement outlines the mutual obligations and responsibilities of both parties.
Compliance
Advisors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing their business activities. All business conducted through Your Digital Partner must adhere to the agreed terms with Safe Money Resource.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Your Digital Partner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will update the ‘last updated’ date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Services.
